Account Deletion & Data Policy

How to permanently delete your account and what happens to your data.

1. Delete it yourself, any time

• Sign in and open the Account screen from the title menu.
• Choose "Delete account permanently".
• We email a 6-digit code to your registered address. Enter it and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. You will receive a final confirmation email.

2. What is deleted

Your profile (name, mobile number, email address, password), Google sign-in link, every saved government, your legacy scores and leaderboard entries, endings unlocked, preferences and all Credits.

3. What we must keep

Payment and invoice records are kept for 8 years because tax and accounting laws require it. Security logs may be kept for up to 180 days. These records are used for no other purpose.

4. It cannot be undone

Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Unused Credits are forfeited (see our Payments & Virtual Credits Policy). You may register again later with the same email address, as a brand-new account.

5. Need help?

If you cannot sign in, email agxcreates@gmail.com from your registered address and we will verify and delete your account within 30 days.
