How and when purchased digital content is delivered. No physical goods are shipped.
1. No physical shipping
The Gliders Nest sells only digital in-game Credits and digital game content. Nothing is shipped physically and no shipping charges apply.
2. Delivery
Credits are delivered to the account you are signed in to as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — normally instantly, and always within 24 hours. You will see your new balance on the Account screen and receive an email receipt.
3. Delivery problems
If Credits do not appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, email agxcreates@gmail.com with your order ID. If we cannot deliver, you will receive a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Service area
The Game and purchases are offered to users in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
