The rules for using Prime Minister — The Nation Is In Your Hands, your account and our virtual credits.

1. About these terms

Prime Minister — The Nation Is In Your Hands ("the Game") is an online interactive strategy game operated by The Gliders Nest ("we", "us", "our"), owned by Aaryan Goswami, and offered at https://preppai.online/. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and The Gliders Nest.

By creating an account, signing in or playing the Game you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Payments & Virtual Credits Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf and consents to your use of the Game, including any purchase.
• Optional mature storylines are available only to account holders aged 18 or over who opt in. Mature content is non-explicit.
• You must provide accurate information (full name, a mobile number you own, and an email address you control) and keep it accurate.

3. Your account

• You must register and verify your email address with a one-time code before you can access the Game or any content on this website.
• One person may hold only one account. Each email address and mobile number can be linked to one account only.
• Your registered email address is your permanent account identity and cannot be changed after registration. You can update your name and mobile number at any time.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at agxcreates@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms also apply to that sign-in.
• You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the Game (see our Account Deletion & Data Policy).

4. Fictional content

The Game is a work of fiction. All countries, political parties, leaders, ministers, organisations and events in it are invented. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to real parties, organisations or events is coincidental and unintended. Nothing in the Game is political advice, endorsement or commentary on any real person, party or government.

5. Licence to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the Game — software, story, artwork, characters, names, music, sounds and design — belong to The Gliders Nest or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the Game, except as the law expressly allows.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, scripts, exploits or automation, or tamper with game requests, saves or scores;
• attempt to access other users' accounts, our servers or systems without permission, or interfere with the Game's security or performance;
• create multiple accounts, share or sell accounts, or register with someone else's email or phone number;
• abuse referral, promotional or credit offers, or initiate fraudulent payments or chargebacks;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and may remove leaderboard entries or credits obtained through abuse.

7. Free and paid content

The first chapter of the Game (the first campaign, THE FIRST CHAPTER) is a free demo. We may in future require virtual credits ("Credits") to unlock later chapters or other premium features. Credits are governed by our Payments & Virtual Credits Policy. Until paid features are launched, all available content is free.

We may add, change or remove chapters, campaigns, features and prices from time to time. Prices are always shown before you pay.

8. Communications

We will send you essential service emails — verification codes, sign-in alerts, password and security notices, purchase receipts and important changes to these Terms — from pmgame@nbmail.in. These cannot be switched off while you hold an account.

If you opt in, we will also send news about game features, new chapters, offers, updates and announcements. You can opt out at any time from the Account screen or by writing to agxcreates@gmail.com.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Game available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue the Game. If we permanently discontinue the Game, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and unused purchased Credits will be handled as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or for third-party services such as Google sign-in, email providers or payment gateways.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect other users. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund unused purchased Credits.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at agxcreates@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any concern. If it cannot be resolved, the courts with jurisdiction over the registered place of business of The Gliders Nest have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will email you about material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Game after that means you accept the updated Terms.
