How Credits work, how payments are processed through Razorpay, and what you can use Credits for.

Status

Prime Minister — The Nation Is In Your Hands is currently in Early Access and is completely free to play. Credits are not on sale and you do not need any Credits to play any chapter. Today all available chapters are free. This policy describes how Credits will work when we launch them, so you know in advance. We will email you before paid features go live.

1. What Credits are

Credits are a virtual in-game currency that you can use to unlock content in Prime Minister — The Nation Is In Your Hands, such as chapters beyond the free demo. Credits are a limited licence to access digital content. They are not money, have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not a deposit, stored-value instrument, wallet balance or investment.

Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, sold or traded between accounts, and cannot be used outside the Game.

2. Free demo

The free demo — the first campaign, THE FIRST CHAPTER — is free to play. When paid content launches, continuing beyond the free demo will require Credits. The number of Credits needed is shown on the chapter before you unlock it, and you are always asked to confirm before Credits are spent.

3. Buying Credits

• Credits are sold in packs. The price in Indian Rupees (₹), including applicable GST, and the number of Credits are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited using UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other methods Razorpay supports. Razorpay's terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment.
• We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
• Credits are added to your account automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If a payment is debited but Credits are not added within 24 hours, write to agxcreates@gmail.com with your order ID.
• You will receive an email receipt / invoice from pmgame@nbmail.in.
• If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase.

4. Using Credits

• Spending Credits unlocks the content permanently for that account (for example, a chapter unlocked once stays unlocked for all your save slots, unless the offer says otherwise).
• Credits are spent in the order received. Promotional or bonus Credits may have an expiry date, which is shown when they are given. Purchased Credits do not expire while your account is active and the Game is offered.
• We may change the Credit cost of content that you have not yet unlocked. Content already unlocked is not affected.

5. Promotional Credits

We may give free Credits through offers, events or referrals. Promotional Credits have no purchase value, are not refundable, and may be withdrawn if obtained through abuse or error.

6. Pricing errors and abuse

If content or Credits are listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you. Credits obtained through fraud, chargebacks, payment reversals, bugs or exploits may be removed, and the account may be suspended.

7. Taxes

Prices include GST where applicable. Invoices show the tax charged.

9. Account deletion

If you delete your account, all Credits — purchased and promotional — are permanently forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded, except where the law requires. Please use or request a refund of eligible Credits before deleting your account.
